This policy explains what personal information Wevia collects through wevia.in, why, and what choices you have. We keep it short and plain on purpose.
Who we are
Wevia is a website development and AI automation studio at Bansal Tower, Phase 2, Ashok Vihar, Delhi 110052, India. You can reach us at hello@wevia.in.
What we collect
- Enquiries. When you send us a brief or message, we receive the details you type: your name, email address, company, the kind of business you run, what you need, and any notes.
- Chat assistant. If you use the chat on our site, your messages are processed by our automation system and an AI model provider so the assistant can reply. Please do not share sensitive personal information in the chat.
- Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.
- Analytics. If we turn on website analytics (for example Google Analytics), it uses cookies to count visits and see which pages are useful. It does not tell us who you are.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and run the project if we work together.
- To keep the website secure and working, and to understand which pages are useful.
- We do not sell your information and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to run the website and handle enquiries: Vercel (website hosting), Hostinger (content management), and messaging or email tools we use to receive your enquiry (such as Telegram, WhatsApp or email). These providers process data only to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of our work together. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@wevia.in and we will respond within a reasonable time. You may also have rights under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Cookies
Our site does not use advertising cookies. Analytics cookies are used only if analytics is enabled, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
