No. We need someone who knows how the work actually gets done today — usually an ops lead or a founder. We handle the building, the integrations and the documentation.

The first working site or automation is usually live within two weeks. A full system — site, agents and connected workflows — typically runs four to eight weeks depending on how many tools we're touching.

Anything rule-based and repetitive: lead qualification, quoting, invoice chasing, onboarding, reporting, inbox triage, follow-ups, data entry. If a person is following the same steps each week, it's a candidate.

In our experience it removes the admin nobody wanted to do and pushes people back to work that needs judgement. We'll tell you plainly which tasks disappear so you can plan for it.

That's the point. We build on top of your CRM, inbox, documents and billing rather than replacing them. If a tool has an API, we can usually connect it.

You do. Everything is documented and handed over — accounts, code, prompts and workflows. There's no lock-in, and you can take it in-house or to another agency whenever you like.
